Escrow Closing Services. The real estate closing or settlement marks the culmination of a real estate sale or loan transaction. The closing brings together all parties to the transaction whereby legal transfer of property takes place. Short-term services involve buy/sell and refinance transactions of which Secured Land Title serves as a neutral, third party receipt entity.
